SHAH ALAM: Two teenagers were killed after a driver high on marijuana crashed his pick-up truck into their car when he drove against the flow of traffic.
“Investigations showed that the pickup-truck driven by a 24-year-old man was going against traffic before colliding into the car,” said Shah Alam OCPD Asst Comm Baharudin Mat Taib.
