KL, Putrajaya to move to Phase 2 of NRP from Friday (Sept 10), says Shahidan Kassim

PETALING JAYA: Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya will move into Phase 2 of the National Recovery Plan on Friday (Sept 10), says Federal Territories Minister Datuk Seri Shahidan Kassim.

He said this at a press conference after visiting the Anjung Kelana transit home for the homeless in Taman Desa on Wednesday (Sept 8).

“Nevertheless, we expect city residents to be careful and continue to follow the standard operating procedures and practice social distancing rules," he added

Shahidan also said that Labuan will be open for tourism activities on Sept 16 just like Langkawi, Kedah.
