Deputy Speaker rejected motions to remove Art Harun Speaker on technicalities, say MPs

PETALING JAYA: Motions by at least two lawmakers to remove Datuk Azhar Azizan Harun, better known as Art Harun, as Dewan Rakyat Speaker were rejected by Deputy Speaker Datuk Mohd Rashid Hasnon (pic).

Among them was Lembah Pantai MP Fahmi Fadzil, who said he received two letters emailed by Rashid on Aug 30.
