Rela Honorary Club donated RM9,000 worth of PPE to help flood relief work

PETALING JAYA: The Rela Honorary Club has donated RM9,000 worth of personal protective equipment to assist flood mitigation works in Gurun, Kedah.

Rela honorary commissioner Datuk Seri Michael Chong said the club handed over the contribution to Rela deputy director-general (operations) Mohd Sazali Mohd Zin on Aug 26 at its headquarters in Putrajaya.

"Our counterparts in Kedah and Penang will do the same in the spirit of Keluarga Malaysia," he said in a statement on Wednesday (Sept 1).
