KUALA LUMPUR: Former prime minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin is confident that ties between Malaysia and Singapore will be strengthened under the administration of Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob.Muhyiddin, who recently spoke to Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong, said he was confident the good relations between both countries would be further enhanced under Ismail Sabri’s leadership.
During the call, he said Lee had asked how he was doing now that he was no longer prime minister, besides noting measures to strengthen bilateral relations in various aspects would continue.
