PETALING JAYA: Malaysia recorded 17,150 new Covid-19 cases on Sunday (Aug 1), bringing the cumulative number of infections in the country to 1,130,422.
Health director-general Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said that Klang Valley still accounted for the most number of cases with Selangor recording 6,326 new cases and Kuala Lumpur with 2,086 cases.
