KUALA LUMPUR: A foreign man has been arrested after allegedly biting a man and hitting him with a motorcycle lock after he was confronted for harassing a woman.
Ampang Jaya OCPD Asst Comm Mohamad Farouk Eshak said the incident occurred at around 6.30pm on Saturday (July 10) in front of a shoplot at Jalan Cahaya 14 here.
