PETALING JAYA: Malaysia's Covid-19 outbreak is growing at a faster pace, with cases rising by 24% in the seven-day period from July 4-10 compared to the week before:

* Infections in Selangor and Kuala Lumpur made up 58.4% of all the 54,584 new cases which occured over the week.
