PETALING JAYA: New Covid-19 daily cases continued to surpass recoveries with 6,276 infections against 4,929 recoveries in the last 24 hours.
Health director-general Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said 62 more people, including three foreigners, succumbed to the virus during the period, taking the country’s death toll to 5,170 lives.
