PETALING JAYA: The government should closely monitor the country’s socioeconomic indicators under the National Recovery Plan to ensure a full recovery in 2022, says a prominent economist.
Emeritus Prof Datuk Dr Zakariah Abdul Rashid (pic) said these socioeconomic indicators include unemployment and under-employment, salaries and the gross domestic product (GDP).
