Govt fails to forfeit RM114mil allegedly belonging to Umno, Najib


KUALA LUMPUR (Bernama): The government on Thursday (May 20) failed in its application to forfeit RM114mil, allegedly belonging to Umno and former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak (pic), that was seized from a premises belonging to Obyu Holdings Sdn Bhd.

High Court Judge Muhammad Jamil Hussin dismissed the application by the prosecution to forfeit the money that was seized by police at the Pavilion Residence on May 17,2018.
