Health Ministry offers tips for ‘self lockdown’


PETALING JAYA: If you want to stay at home to protect yourself against Covid-19 and help bring down the country’s rising infection numbers, the Health Ministry has a few tips to assist you with your “self lockdown”.

On its official Twitter account and Facebook page, the Health Ministry advised households to limit their grocery shopping to once a week and if possible, optimise online purchases.
