PETALING JAYA: “Period spot checks” are an invasion of a child’s rights and have elements of sexual harassment or abuse, says the Human Rights Commission of Malaysia (Suhakam).
Its Children's Commissioner Prof Datuk Noor Aziah Mohd Awal said they were alarmed by the issue occurring in public schools following reports.
