Give us autonomy to contest in Pagoh, says Johor Umno


KUALA LUMPUR: Johor Umno wants autonomy to decide if they should contest the Pagoh parliamentary seat, which is currently held by Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin.

Johor Umno chief Datuk Hasni Mohammad said they initially wanted to contest 26 parliamentary seats in the states but not Pagoh, but this was opposed by the Pagoh Umno division.
