PUTRAJAYA: Two Covid-19 outbreaks have been detected in Penang and Kuala Lumpur involving detainees at immigration depots.
Health director-general Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said the infection cluster detected at the Juru Immigration detention centre in Penang had 167 confirmed cases.
