HR Ministry: Incident at courier company's Perak warehouse caused by workload, employees' commission

KUALA LUMPUR (Bernama): The Human Resources Ministry's investigation found that extra workload and employee commission payment issue had led to the violent package distribution incident at a courier company's premises in Perak.

The ministry, in a statement Friday (Feb 12), said the investigation found that there were employees, especially in the delivery department, dissatisfied with the provision of bonuses based on performance and unilateral changes made in the commission payment structure.
