KOTA KINABALU (Bernama): Police arrested a 20-year-old foreigner believed to have been actively involved in pushing drugs to addicts in Pulau Gaya here on Tuesday (Jan 26).

Also seized were a mobile phone and cash amounting to RM1,174.
