PETALING JAYA: Jovial and kind-hearted were the words used to describe Victor Ong Hock Chye (pic), a former technician with The Star who passed away on Sunday.
Ong, 50, had worked with the company from March 1994 to February 2019 as a mounting and pre-press technician with the production department.
