Man on fire jumps into drain

A MAN set himself on fire but then jumped into a drain filled with water when he could not stand the pain, Makkal Osai reported.

In the incident which took place in Johor Baru, the unnamed 39-year-old man poured petrol all over himself but quickly jumped into a nearby drain in an attempt to douse the fire.Fire and Rescue Department personnel who rushed to the scene retrieved the injured man from the drain and handed him over to health officials for treatment.
