KUALA LUMPUR: Dissatisfied over purported inaction by the Speaker, Kota Melaka MP Khoo Poay Tiong said 23 Pakatan Harapan MPs are ready to sign statutory declarations (SDs) to back up claims that they witnessed a deputy minister showing his middle finger in the Parliament.
Khoo was referring to a Dec 2 incident where Puncak Borneo MP Willie Mongin allegedly made the gesture during his wrapping-up speech on the Plantation, Industries and Commodities Ministry's 2021 Budget at the committee stage.
