Almost 10k summonses issued for fancy number plates

JOHOR BAHRU (Bernama): Johor police issued 9,985 summonses to motorists for using registration number plates which did not meet specifications from January until Tuesday (Dec 15).

Johor Police chief Datuk Ayob Khan Mydin Pitchay said more operations would be held under Op Khas from today until Dec 31 to clamp down on motorists who failed to adhere to the requirements.
