PETALING JAYA: Making foreign workers wear identification wristbands for surveillance purposes of their movements is wrong and should not be implemented, says the Federation of Malaysian Manufacturers (FMM).
Its president Tan Sri Soh Thian Lai said such a proposal by the authorities would serve only to stigmatise foreign workers.
