Zahid undergoes Covid-19 screening, trial postponed


KUALA LUMPUR (Bernama): The High Court here on Monday (Sept 22) allowed an application by Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi (pic) to have his trial - scheduled for Monday and Tuesday (Sept 21 & 22) - postponed, as the former deputy prime minister had to undergo a Covid-19 screening.

Lawyer Hamidi Mohd Noh representing Zahid informed the court that his client underwent screening at the KPJ Tawakal Hospital here on Monday afternoon.
