Sabah polls: Upko's Madius to be named deputy CM if Warisan Plus wins, Shafie promises


KOTA KINABALU: Parti Warisan Sabah president Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal has promised that Datuk Seri Wilfred Madius Tangau will keep his Deputy Chief Minister's post should the people return the mandate to Warisan Plus to govern after the state election.

“When we (Warisan Plus) become the (state) government, I will give the DCM post to Madius... he, for sure, will be a minister and DCM," said the caretaker Chief Minister when addressing the people at Kampung Lokub, Kiulu, on Thursday (Sept 17).
