Guy really loves his bird’s nest soup, but Maqis has something to say about it

JOHOR BARU: The Malaysian Quarantine and Inspection Services Department (Maqis) has foiled a man’s attempt to bring in 11kg of bird’s nest from Indonesia – all apparently for his own consumption.

Johor Maqis director Nur Afifah A. Rahman (pic) said the man, in his 40s, had purchased RM4,000 worth of bird’s nest that were delivered here via a courier service.
