PUTRAJAYA: The spread of Covid-19 among prison detainees could have been mitigated if new inmates were separated from older ones, says Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah (pic).
The Health director-general said Covid-19 is more likely to be transmitted when a detainee is a carrier and is in close proximity with other inmates.
