PETALING JAYA: Malaysians should don a mask in places where social distancing is not possible, advised health experts, with some saying that the government should clear the air over what wearing masks in “crowded public places” means.
Universiti Putra Malaysia medical epidemiologist Assoc Prof Dr Malina Osman said that in the context of the Covid-19 crisis, public areas were places that were linked to a high possibility of virus transmission.
