GEORGE TOWN: A 61-year-old cardiologist pleaded guilty at a Magistrate's Court here to defying the movement control order (MCO) by jogging at a park.
Dr Ong Hean Teik was slapped with a RM1,000 fine for challenging the authorities on the second day of the MCO.
