KUALA LUMPUR: The government will consider two factors in formulating the guidelines on Hari Raya celebration – if the movement control order (MCO) will still be in effect and if the curve of Covid-19 infection has been flattened.

Minister in the Prime Minister's Department (Religious Affairs) Datuk Seri Dr Zulkifli Mohamad Al-Bakri said several discussions were held involving the National Fatwa Council and the Health Ministry on the matter.
