Thunderstorm damages houses, shoplots in Ipoh

IPOH: About 80 houses and 30 shoplots in Pasir Pinji were damaged during a thunderstorm on Thursday (April 16) afternoon.

“We are still assessing how bad the damage is, ” said Pasir Pinji assemblyman Howard Lee, adding that some lampposts were also damaged due to the storm.
