Johor police: 48 slapped with RM1,000 fine for breaching MCO

JOHOR BARU: Compound notices of RM1,000 each were issued to 48 people in Johor for defying the movement control (MCO) order on Thursday (April 9), says state police chief Comm Datuk Ayob Khan Mydin Pitchay (pic).

He added that since the MCO was implemented on March 18, about 1,154 people have been nabbed with 754 charged in court.
