Only 500 participants yet to be tested, says tabligh group

KUALA LUMPUR: Markaz Dakwah & Tabligh Malaysia claims that there are only some 500 participants of the tabligh gathering who have yet to be screened for Covid-19.

Its committee member Abdullah Cheong also said that only around 12,500 people attended the gathering at the Sri Petaling Mosque from Feb 28 to March 2 and not 16,000 as reported. He said 11,000 of them were local participants.
