KUALA LUMPUR: An imam was charged at a Magistrate's Court here for allegedly cheating a company manager of RM3,800 in exchange for a marriage certificate.
Mohd Mustakim Ithnin, 36, however, pleaded not guilty after the charge was read out before Magistrate Tawfiq Affandy Chin here Thursday (Jan 30).
