PETALING JAYA: The water treatment plants in Sungai Semenyih and Bukit Tampoi have yet to start operations as there is still odour pollution in the raw water source.
Having monitored the water, Air Selangor said the pollution reading of Sungai Semenyih was between one and two TON (threshold odour number) as of 6am on Monday (Dec 23), despite the efforts of several parties to bring this down to zero.
