Study the proposed Sabah Temporary Pass issue before taking a stand, says Upko secretary

KOTA KINABALU: Lawmakers should take the effort to fully understand the proposed Sabah Temporary Pass (PSS) before making any stand on the matter, says Nelson Angang.

The Upko secretary-general, on Monday (Dec 23), questioned how people could oppose something they do not understand, especially when they have to explain it to the public later on.
