Syed Saddiq stable after appendicitis surgery

KUALA LUMPUR (Bernama): Youth and Sports Minister Syed Saddiq Syed Abdul Rahman (pic) has undergone appendicitis surgery and is reported to be in stable condition.

The Youth and Sports Ministry in a media statement on Wednesday (Dec 11) morning said that the operation was successful.

"The operation was successful and he is now in a stable condition. We urge that he be given space to rest during the recovery period. No visitors will be allowed for the time being, '' it said.

The location of the hospital where Syed Saddiq is being warded was not divulged. – Bernama
