IPOH: A letter purportedly directing the immediate transfer of Perak state secretary Datuk Zainal Azman Abu Seman (pic) has gone viral on social media.
The letter, dated Nov 28, stated that Zainal would be placed under a special position (Jawatan Penempatan Khas) at the Public Service Department in Putrajaya starting from Sunday (Dec 1).
