KOTA KINABALU: The doubling of the special federal grant to Sabah under Budget 2020 is a positive development, says Chief Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal.
He said the doubling of the amount to RM54mil from R26mil was the first review since 1969, and the state was aware of the financial constraints of the Federal Government.
