More cases involving ex-CEO and son to be tried in KL


IPOH: The Sessions Court has allowed the corruption cases involving former Companies Commission of Malaysia chief executive officer Datuk Zahrah Abd Wahab Fenner and her son here to be tried in Kuala Lumpur.

Judge S. Indra Nehru allowed the request made by Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Deputy Public Prosecutor Nurul Wahida Jalaluddin to have the cases transferred to the Sessions Court at Jalan Duta as Zahrah and Abdulazeez Wan Ruslan have 33 and four corruption charges respectively to be tried there.
