KUCHING: Three former office bearers of a Sarawak cooperative have pleaded not guilty in two Sessions Courts here to six charges of criminal breach of trust involving a total of RM3.4mil in Federal funds.

Former Koperasi Automobil Kuching Sarawak Bhd (Kokas) director Mohammad Ariffin Han, 47,54-year-old secretary Mohammad Ali Han @ Dalahan and 39-year-old treasurer Nur Najiha Abdullah claimed trial after they were charged with misusing funds meant for the automotive workshop modernisation (Atom) and retail shop transformation (Tukar) programmes between August 2012 and May 2017.
