Dr M: Only give govt contracts, APs to those who qualify

PUTRAJAYA: The selling of government contracts, licences and approved permits (AP) will not be allowed, says Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad.

The Prime Minister said the government should only award such contracts to those who are qualified.
