Bukit Aman to question Penang DCM II, rep on Wednesday (Sept 11) in Zakir defamation probe

GEORGE TOWN: The police will record statements from Penang Deputy Chief Minister II Dr P. Ramasamy (pic) and Bagan Dalam assemblyman Satees Muniandy on Wednesday (Sept 11) following reports lodged against them by controversial preacher Dr Zakir Naik over alleged defamatory statements.

According to Ramasamy, a team of police officers lead by DSP Ananthan Rajoo from the Criminal Investigation Department of Bukit Aman will be in Penang to record their statements.
