MACC: Set up integrity units in all states

KUALA TERENGGANU: The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) has urged all states to set up an integrity unit in the office of the mentri besar or chief minister to check corruption or irregularities.MACC chief Latheefa Koya said Sarawak was the only state to have a state integrity and ombudsman unit.

“I hope all the states will emulate Sarawak in avoiding any criticism and initiate the process of administrative transparency.
