SHAH ALAM: The man arrested over the fatal road rage encounter at Bandar Baru Bangi on Aug 10 is expected to be charged at the Kajang magistrate’s court today.
“We expect to charge him under Section 302 of the Penal Code for murder,” Selangor deputy police chief Deputy Comm Datuk Ab Rashid Ab Wahab told reporters at the Shah Alam police headquarters yesterday.
