KUALA LUMPUR: The Namibian High Commissioner to Malaysia has filed a complaint with Wisma Putra on alleged mistreatment by an immigration officer against her and two nephews.
In a protest note sent on Aug 15, Anne Namakau Mutelo said she and her nephews were subjected to “unlawful harassment, arbitrary detention and malicious ill-treatment” by the officer at the KL International Airport from 6.25pm to 9.16pm last Monday.
