NORFAIZAH Ab Manan never imagined carving a career path in the oil and gas industry, let alone lead an R&D section at Petronas Research Sendirian Bhd (PRSB).

The 39-year-old head of research and development for gas sustainability technology at the centre in Bangi, Selangor, has been with Petronas for 18 years now.
