Policeman caught stealing colleague’s panties


KULAI: A police constable has been arrested for allegedly stealing a female colleague’s underwear at the housing barracks of the Kulai district police headquarters along Persiaran Indahpura 4 here.

The suspect, 28, was picked up by a team from the Kulai police Criminal Investigations Department (CID) after he allegedly broke into his colleague’s home yesterday.The victim, a police corporal, lodged a report after realising that someone had broken into her home and stolen her underwear at about 2.30am.

It is also learnt that the victim, who is with the district CID headquarters, assisted in the investigations by detecting unknown sandal prints in her home.
