PUTRAJAYA: Malaysians with a bachelor’s degree and at least five years of work experience will soon be able to go straight for PhD studies through the Apel T-8 assessment.Apel (Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning) T-8 is being studied by MQA and is expected to be completed by next year, said Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) chief executive officer Datuk Dr Rahmah Mohamed.
“We want to see Malaysia as a future for working adults,” she said after attending a seminar on flexible education.
