KUALA LUMPUR: The swift pace of reforms in the Dewan Rakyat since the 14th Parliament came into session has led to certain parties fearing the august House is becoming too powerful, says Dewan Rakyat Speaker Datuk Mohamad Ariff Md Yusof (pic).
That has led to a need for Parliament to slow down its reform agenda at times for MPs to adjust to the changes and understand their new roles, he said.
