KUALA LUMPUR: The bad English in the offer letter by an unnamed party, expressing interest to purchase the Malaysian consulate building in Hong Kong, has left MCA president Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong bewildered.
Dr Wee pointed out that the offer letter, produced by Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng, was riddled with grammatical errors.
